Most EICRs come back with at least a minor observation. That’s normal and doesn’t mean the property is unsafe. What matters is understanding the difference between a C1 (danger present, needs immediate attention), a C2 (potentially dangerous, needs remedying), and a C3 (improvement recommended but not required).
We talk you through the findings in plain English rather than just handing over a form, and can quote for any remedial work needed on the spot if you’d like it done at the same time.
